My Guarantee
Every one of my pieces is skillfully crafted and carefully
inspected for defects before posting. However, in the unlikely event of damage
resulting from a manufacturing defect, I will be glad to repair or replace
your piece free of charge. I reserve the right to examine the piece to determine
the cause of damage (if not due to a manufacturing defect, then a charge will apply). Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting
from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of my pieces.
Placing An Order
I accept pound sterling and euros in currency or a cheque
drawn in Pound Sterling and Bank Transfers. My other payment method is switch
or credit card.
All payments must be received in full within seven days of placing an order.
Once payment has been cleared, then the goods will be despatched. If payment
has not been received within this period, the items in question will be re-sold.
Postage and packing Within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Post costing £5.95.
Postage and packing for the rest of the world needs to be reviewed individually.
Please e-mail me before payment is made to request price, which must be added
to total cost and paid in full.
Gift Boxes
Every piece that you purchase from me arrives with its own protective wrap
and protection envelope. If you would like to make the item of jewellery extra
special, either for yourself or as a present, I offer beautiful jewellery
boxes in two sizes.
Necklaces/Sets £4.75 each
Bracelets/Watches £2.50 each
Sold or Special requests
If you see a sold item that you like, on occasion I can make a similar piece
depending on my inventory.
Or, if you are interested in having a piece custom made please e-mail me with
the details of what you have in mind and I will do my up most to recreate
it for you.
For custom orders I require a 50% deposit. All special
Request pieces are final sale.
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please do so by email within
7 days of the date of your order. If payment has been made, then I will refund
half the price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Please
respect the fact that all items are handmade to order, and do not order unless
you are sure you want the item.
Return
Policy I stand behind my designs.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will happily
give you a refund provided the item is returned within 7 days of purchase
in an as new condition. As soon as I receive the item, you will be refunded
for the cost of the piece, minus the original postage and packing, which is
non-refundable. Please e-mail me at jets@piglut.co.uk
to let me know you will be returning the item.
I regret that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to current ERU
Hygiene Regulations.
Repair Policy
I guarantee my pieces against normal wear and tear. If, at any time repairs
are necessary. Simply send me an e-mail to
jets@piglut.co.uk or telephone me on 0845 0945 725 describing the problem.
If the repair to be made is due to faulty materials or craftsmanship, then
I will repair the piece free of charge. Other
repairs will be assessed on receipt of the item; the cost will be determined
and then e-mailed to the individual, payment must be received in full before
any works will be carried out.

I will contact you via e-mail to let you know that the item has been received,
and to let you know when it will be returned to you.
Privacy Policy
No information you provide to me will ever be shared with another party. I
will only contact you to tell you about the newest 'Piglut' designs and only
if you specifically request to be contacted.
